1) AMRAP 14:
10 burpee box jumps (rx 24/20) (rx+30/24)
20 db hang snatch (50/35)
8 burpee box jumps
16 db hang snatch
6 burpee box jumps
12 db hang snatch
For DB hang snatches, you do not have to alternate, but split the reps evenly between arms. for example 10/10 for set of 20.
2) Body Armor:
Accumulate the following:
3:00 - Wall sit
2:00 - Hollow Hold
2:00 - Double db front rack hold
