At Home:

Min 1-3: 30 alt deadbugs
Min 4-6: 12 DB Deadlifts
Min 7-9: 8/8 kb/db push press
Min 10-12: 6/6 kb/db hang squat cleans

2) Climb the ladder for 10min:
3 lateral bar burpees
3 power snatch (95/65)
6 lateral bar burpees
6 power snatch
9/9, 12/12, 15/15, etc.

At home: Climb the ladder for 10 min:
3 lateral burpees over kb/db
3 alternating db power snatch
6 lateral burpees over db/kb
6 alternating db power snatch
9/9, 12/12, etc
