Rx: 3 sets: 15/15 HS shoulder taps
Scaled: 3 sets max effort HS holds

**For rx and scaled - with any extra time, practice kicking up to hs on wall or with a spotter

2) AMRAP 12:
1 lap Offset waiters carry (raised hand 53/35 & opp hand 70/53)
1 lap weighted leopard crawl
1 lap oh walking lunges w/ plate from crawl

3) Accessory Work

3 sets:
10/10 Bench assisted adductor leg lifts
15 banded glute bridges (no weight)
