1) Back Squats: 

2 Warmup sets
Then:
Max reps @ 75% 1RM (TRY for 10+).

Then:
Drop 2 reps from that set, do 2-3 more sets with same weight

2) AMRAP 15:
10/10 single arm oh lunges (50/35)
20 alt db snatch (50/35)
200m run
