Join us for a partner workout at 10am, then stay after and stretch during our ROMWOD class at 11am!

Take 10-15min to work on a skill or lift you NEED to work on.

2) Partner Wod!

Every 2 min:
10 Burpees over rower, 10 Deadlifts (225/155),

**Partner 1 starts on the rower, while Partner 2 is HOLDING
the Deadlift bar. When the clock hits 2 minutes, Partner 1
gets off the rower and starts their burpees. Partner 2 is doing
the 10 deadlifts at the same time, then will get on the rower.
