15 tempo goblet squats (3 sec down, 3 sec up), straight into
6 jumping squats as high as possible
Rest 1-1:30

2) Death By Push-up
Min 1: 5 push-ups
Min 2: 6 push-ups
Min 3: 7 push-ups
... continue adding one rep per minute until you cannot complete the prescribed reps per round
