Squat snatch + OHS + Hang squat snatch + 2 OHS + Hang squat snatch + 3 OHS
*Compare to weight used on 6/23

At home scale: Complete entire complex 1-3 times per arm using a dumbbell

2) AMRAP 4x 3 rounds:
10 alternating pistols
9 box jump overs (24"/20")
8 HSPUs
