2) E3MOM 12: 

6 Deficit (4") Pushup Negatives (10 second eccentric, lowering) (means it should take a whole minute! :D)
Immediately into 20 Standing Tricep Extensions with Plate

3) Extra spicy gun walk 

3 sets:
15 Plate Hammer Curls, immediately into 100ft plate walk holding elbows at 90 degrees.
when done, collect yourself and complete 15 plate front raises
