1) CompTrain "eHarmony"

For time:
30 single db deadlifts
30 single db russian swings
30 single db goblet squats
30 single db hang squat cleans
30 single db power snatches
30 single db overhead squats

On the minute including start: 5 burpees
Note: you are not required to alternate each rep, but complete even number of reps (15/15) per arm for single arm movements.

2) After Party! 

Tabata: 8 rounds of :20 work/:10 rest
Pick a number of push ups to hit in the first 10 seconds, then hold a plank for the remainder of the 20 seconds.
Rest 10 seconds.
