1) Split Jerk 5, 5, 5, 5
Heavier sets than last week. Push yourself but also make sure you're using weights you can do with good form.
2) 4 Rounds:
1 lap sled push AHAP
2 laps farmer's carry (70/53) (Rx+ 100/70)
8 Unbroken Floor Press AHAP (same weight across rounds)
Rest 1:30-2:00 bt rounds
3) 3 Rounds:
20 curls holding plate (35/25) (Rx+ 45/35)
1 lap walking with plate held with 90 degree elbows
Rest 1:30 bt sets
