1) Split Jerk 2, 2, 2, 2

2) Weighted Chinups 

5, 4, 3, max@ body weight. Record heavy set of 3.
Scaled: 4 max rep sets with least band resistance possible. Try to get at least 6-8 quality reps per set.
Rest 1:30-2:00 btwn sets.

3) Bis/Tris Superset 

Set 1: 15 Barbell Bicep Curls into 15 Bar Dips
Set 2: 12 Barbell Bicep Curls into 12 Bar Dips
Set 3: 10 Barbell Bicep Curls into 10 Bar Dips
Set 4: 8 Barbell Bicep Curls into 8 Bar Dips
Set 5: 6 Barbell Bicep Curls into 6 Bar Dips

Advanced can do weighted dips at any point if needed to make more challenging
