1) Every 3:00 for 12:00
7 touch and go power snatch.

Heavier than weight used on 2/4. Record heaviest UB set.

2) AMRAP 4:00 x 3 rounds:
20 burpee box jump overs
In remaining time, Max strict pull ups
Rest 1:00 btwn AMRAPS

*score is total strict pull ups

3) A little something extra (optional): 

4 rounds:
Set up a box  with cones and walk around it. Alternate directions each round. If still working on handstands practice walking to wall or walking in straight line.
