1) E3MOM 9:  

5 Deadlifts @75-80%
8 High Box Jumps

***Use weights that will make this doable with good form, we are not going for rep maxes today.

2) 3 sets:
5-8 GHRs (use band or other assistance if needed)
1 length sled push

3a) Landmine Hack Squats 

Complete the following with a partner
3 sets: 20 Landmine Hack squats
Rest while partner works, have resting partner secure the barbell into the floor.

3b) Landmine Core Rotations 

then complete with a partner:

3 sets: 10/10 Landmine Core Rotations
Rest while partner works, have resting partner secure the barbell into the floor.
