1) Goat Work 

Take 10ish minutes to work on a skill or lift you NEED to work on.

2) 10 min ascending ladder:
KB Front rack lunge (53/35)
KB Push Press (53/35)
Strict Pull ups

1 lunge per leg, 1 push press per arm, 1 pull up.
2 lunges per leg, 2 PP per arm, 2 pull ups.
Keep adding 1 rep per round for 10 minutes.
