Take 10ish minutes to work on a skill or lift you NEED to work on.
2) Every 2 minutes for 8 rounds:
30 double unders
15 sit ups
5 db front squats (50/35) (rx+ 70/50)
*for db front squats: hold 1 Db in the front rack
3) ROMWOD!
