1) Barbell Bent Over Rows and Floor Press Supersets (Sets: 20, 15, 12, 10 heavy + 10 moderate)
*the 4th sets is done in drop set fashion, with a set of 10 heavy followed immediate by a set of 10 moderate.
Perform a set of barbell bent over rows immediately followed by a set of floor press, following the rep scheme above.
Rest 90-120 seconds btwn supersets.
