1) Deadlift (15, 12, 9, 6 )

Use a weight at least as heavy as last week. We are using the same weight across sets, just going hard
early, and dropping the reps each set as fatigue sets in.

2) DB Bench Press

5 rounds of:
10 reps db bench press AHAP
20 reps using 50% previous db weight
Rest 1:30 btwn rounds.

3) After Party!

4 Rounds:
15 Barbell Bent Over Rows with 3 second negative
:45 plank
:45/:45 side planks
Rest 1:30 btwn rounds
