1) HS/HS Walk Progressions:
a) Wrist warmup and stretch
b) EOMOM 10 (all levels):
Scaled*: wall walk as high as possible on wall (try to get nose to wall), hold for 1:00
Intermediate: wall walk up to nose to wall (as close as possible), then complete 40 HS shoulder taps
Advanced: wall walk up to nose to wall (as close as possible), then complete 50 HS shoulder tapsTesting for mastery of these drills before moving to new ones. Scaled benchmark is 1 min repeat holds.
Intermediate benchmark is 40 HS shoulder taps. Advanced is 50+.
2) AMRAP 10:
4 bar muscle ups
8 burpee box jump overs (24/20)
3) After Party
4 rounds:
1 lap r arm farmers carry (70/53) (Rx+ 88/62)
1 lap l arm farmers carry
10/10 kb side bends (probably lighter weight)
