20-25/leg TKEs
15-20/leg single leg barbell* hip thrusts (scale: unweighted) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Wirb7pxizY)
30 hollow rocks (scaled 20) (rx+ 40)
30 russian twists (rx+ oblique side raises on GHD)

*single leg barbell hip thrusts should be done with a bar, can add weight if needed
