1) Goat Work 

Take 10 minutes to work on a skill or lift you NEED to work on.

2) Death by:
Overhead squat (75/55)
Toes to bar
Lateral burpees over bar

On minute 1 do 1 of each, min 2 do 2 of each etc until failure to complete within given
minute.
**CAPPED at 10, if you hit 10 you do 10 reps of each in minute 11, 12, etc

3) ROMWOD!
