Rack and Unrack each set, complete sets unbroken but as quickly as possible
The purpose here is to build endurance with moderately heavy weights and minimal rest

15 t2b
12 DB deadlifts (185/125) (rx+225/155)
9 db box step overs (50/35)

3) 4 sets:
10/10 db windshield wipers
12/12 russian twists
