Thursday 11/21/19

1) Weighted Lunges 8, 8, 8, 8 each leg

Heavier than last week. Can use barbell back rack or db/kb. Must be full range of motion, with knee brushing the
ground. Record total weight for each set (i.e. if you are using DBs/KBs, add them together)

2) AMRAP 10:
3 rope climbs (scale: 3 rope pull ups)
20 box jumps
