1) Squat Snatch (EOMOM 10: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (Scale*: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5) )

Add weight to all sets compared to last week. Sets will start every other minute on the minute. You have one minute to complete the work, and then an additional minute to rest and change weights until the next set. Barbell weight should increase for each set.

*Scaling: if you are working on getting your squat snatch technique down, it is important to get more reps than the Rx. Stick with 5s across all sets to get more technique practice. Do paused holds at the bottom of the squat snatch to develop stability. You can still make small weight jumps on each set if technique is good.

2) CrossFit Games Open 19.4

3 rounds of:
10 snatches 95lb/65lb
12 bar-facing burpees

Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:

3 rounds of:
10 bar muscle-ups
12 bar-facing burpees
