1) Goat Work
Pick a skill or lift to get better at and work on it for 10 minutes!
2) 10 min ascending ladder:
KB Front rack lunge (53/35)
KB Push Press (53/35)
American Kb Swings
1 lunge per leg, 1 push press per arm, 1 swing.
2 lunges per leg, 2 PP per arm, 2 swings.
Keep adding 1 rep per round for 12 minutes.
3) ROMWOD!
