1 Clean + 2 Front Squat + 5 Thrusters
Note: will probably be lighter than previous thruster set of 3s, that's fine

2) 2x AMRAP 5:
12 american kb swings (53/35) (rx+70/53)
6 hspus (rx+ strict)

Rest 3 minutes between rounds
