Min 1: Max cal ass bike

Min 2: Max HSPU*

Min 3: Rest Score is total cals + reps

*The goal of the HSPU is not to burn out on the first set, it's to accumulate the most HSPUs over the 5 sets. This will help with big sets in the open where in the past you may need to get 50+ total reps
