Power clean + 3 Push press 

Add 5-10lbs from last week.

2) Regionals 16.4-ish

4 rounds:
20 alt. pistols
15 power cleans (115/80)

3) 3 sets:
5-10 ring push ups w/ a :10 lockout hold after final rep
(Scaled: try to only do the lockout holds, and then do pushup reps on the floor)
