body weight bench press
american kb swings 70/53
*rest 1:00 between each exercise until finished

score is total reps

Rest 3-5 min depending on time finishing Lynne and need to start next part

2) For time:
6 min bar hang
*every time you drop, run 400m + 30 air squats*
