1) Snatch high pull + power snatch + hang snatch 

Find 1rm for complex, then complete at 95%, then complete at 90%.

2) Partner 1 does 50 KB swings while Partner 2 holds a Handstand.
Switch. If handstand is broken, both partners do 5 burpees before
continuing.

Then:
Partner 1 does 50 box jumps while Partner 2 holds a 45lb/25lb plate OH.
Switch. If overhead position is broken both partners do 5 burpees before
continuing.

Then:
Partner 1 does 50 Situps while Partner 2 holds the bottom of a Squat.
Switch. If squat position is broken both partners do 5 burpees before
continuing.

Then:
Partner 1 performs 50 wall balls, while Partner 2 holds a plank.
Switch. If plank is broken, both partners do 5 burpees before
continuing.
