1) Pull ups and Muscle Ups!  

Scaled: EMOM 5: 10 kip swings on bar
Then: 15-20 c2b pull ups completed in as few sets
as possible. Can use bands.

Intermediate: EMOM 5: 3-4 Kip to hips.
Then: 3 max sets of pull ups + 3 max sets of
dips.

Adv: EOMOM 10: 4-7 muscle ups

2) Regionals Event 5:

50 HSPUs (scale: 35 pike push ups)
50 T2B (scale: 35 k2e)
50 cal bike or row
50 db box step overs (scale: 35 @ bodyweight)
50ft right arm db oh lunge
50ft left arm db oh lunge
*Note: rig is 24 feet long, so 1 lap of rig + 1ft = 50ft

RX: 50/35 dbs
RX+: 70/50 dbs
