(RX+: weighted dips 8,6,4,AMRAP@BW)
4x8 Hammer Curls
4x6-8 Strict leg lifts

3) W/ a partner. Switch working partner every 10 reps.

3 Rounds:
20 snatches
20 OHS
20 thrusters
20 power cleans
20 front squats

**EOMOM both partners stop and do 5 burpees.
