Happy Mother's Day!! We ARE open during normal class times. 10am CrossFit and 11am ROMWOD! See you there!

1) Goat Work! 

Take 10-15min to work on a skill or lift you NEED to work on!

2) 4 total sets of:

AMRAP 2:
7 Power cleans (125/85 lbs)
7 Push Press (125/85 lbs)

Rest 2 minutes between sets

2) 5 sets:

5 strict hanging leg raises
15/15 bench assisted flutter kicks
