2 Warmup sets
max reps @ 80% 1RM (TRY for 8+).
drop 2 reps from that set, do 2 more sets with same weight

2) AMRAP 10:
5 Burpees
10 T2B
5/5 weighted lunges (rx 135/95) (rx+ 155/105)

3) Core Cash Out!  

3 sets:
10/10 Cross Chops
