Endurance Sunday! 4/29/18

Happy Sunday, folks! We'll be getting a nice dose of Vitamin D during our 10am WOD today. Then be sure to stay after to stretch it out during our 11am ROMWOD class! See you there! 
 

1) Goat Work! 

Take 10-15min to work on a skill or lift you NEED to you work on.

2) Every 3 minutes for 24 min (8 sets):
