use a weight that makes each set difficult
(i.e. ascending weight while descending reps)

2) 4 rounds:
400m run
15 db hang clean (50/35)
30 wall balls (20/14)
1:30 rest after round 1
1:00 rest after round 2
:30 rest after round 3
