max reps @ 85% 1RM (TRY for 5+).
drop 2 reps from that set, do 2 more sets with same weight

2) EMOM 20:
M1: 10/10 Single arm KBS
M2: Max rep burpees
M3: 6/6 renegade rows
M4: Rest
