Take 10 min to work on hspu technique with coach, then:

Scaled:  3x5 kipping hspus
Rx: 3x10 kipping hspus
Rx+: 3x5 deficit hspus

2) 5 Rounds:

1 lap Farmer's carry AHAP
1 length Yoke carry
5 bench press AHAP

3) Core Cash Out

:60 Plank hold
30 Hollow rocks
