1) Double Under Drills!  
Scaled: 4 sets of :20 on/:10 off Double tap drill (no rope)
Then: 4 sets of :20 on/:10 off Single Single Double drill

RX: 8 sets of :20 on/:10 off DUs

2) EMOM 6: 

3 Deadlifts
(use 15-30 pounds more than week 2)
(reps should feel challenging but not slow and grinding)

3) 3 Rounds:
800m Run
12 HSPU
20 T2B
