Happy Monday! Reminder that our schedule changes begin today!! Our morning classes are switching to 6am and 7am every week day, and 8am classes on Tuesdays/Thursdays only! 

1) Ring MU/Pull up Drills  

Scaled: 2x:30 ring hangs
Then:
3x8 elevated ring rows

RX: 5 sets of 3-5:
Low Rings Progression

RX+: 5x3-5 ring muscle ups

2a) Take 15 - 20 min for:
1 OHS + 2 Snatch Balance
Build to moderate complex
*Focus on technique

2b) EMOM 12: 

2 Squat Snatches @ 80-85%

3) Core Cash Out

15 GHD situps (Scaled: 15 situps)
