Scaled: 40 chin ups, broken as needed

Rx: 22 total weighted reps, broken as needed using last week's EMOM weight

2) 4 Rounds:
10/10 Cossack Squats (add weight if you can)
18 Weighted Back Extensions (same weight as last week)

3) AMRAP 9:
9 OHS (115/85)
