1) Handstands! 

Scaled: 3 sets:
3 Donkey kicks (off wall - feet do not need to touch yet)
Then 3 sets:
2-3 kicks to handstand (on wall - try to lightly tap heel to wall)
Intermediate: 4 sets: :30 HS holds on wall
Adv: 4 sets: :45 HS holds on wall

2) 4 sets:
10/10 db bench
10/10 db row
*aim for using same weights (for balance)

3) AMRAP 8:
2x shuttle sprint (1= rig pole 1, back, rig pole 3, back, jump rope wall, back)
15 kb sdhp (53/35)(Rx+ 70/53)
