Hope everyone had a very happy Thanksgiving! We are back to our normal schedule today with classes at 8:30am and 9:30am and our FREE Community WOD at 10:30am. See you there!

40 kb swings

50 back squats @

Rnd 1: 95/65#

Rnd 2: 125/85#

Rnd 3: 155/105#

Rnd 4: 185/125#, etc

*men increase 30lbs, women increase 20lbs per round
