Last day of testing! Nice work this week and what a way to start out the New Year! We want to see lots and lots of front squat pr's!

1) Take 20-25min to find 1rm front squat

2) 5 Rounds:
10 hspu's
2 rope climbs (rx+1 legless rope climb)

3) Core cash out:

20 floor leg raises
