can handle
RX: As many kipping HSPUs as possible in 3 min
2) Metcon

1 length Yoke carry
1 lap Sled push (empty or light weight)
Accumulate 1min bar hang
3) Accessory Work
4 Rounds:
10 Lateral Raises
10 Front Raises
5-10 strict chin ups (scale: 10 ring rows)
