Tuesday 1/16/18

Starting tomorrow, we are switching Endurance classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am to regular CrossFit classes. From now on Tuesday and Thursday early morning CROSSFIT classes are at 6am/7am/8am.

M/W/F morning will continue to have 6am and 8am, but NO 7am. 

 

1) Back Squat

2) 400m run
75 OH weighted walking lunges
50 Box Jumps
25 Muscle ups (sub 40 pull ups)
50 Box Jumps
75 OH weighted walking lunges
400m run
