1) HSPU Practice:

Scaled: 3 rounds: 10 Incline push ups w/ highest box possible
Alt. with donkey kicks OR kicks up to wall w/ a hold

RX: 5x5 hspus at most difficult progression you can handle.

2) EMOM 24:
1st min: Lap farmers carry AHAP
2nd min: 8-10 GHD sit ups (scaled: weighted sit ups)
3rd min: 15 cal row

3) If time:
3 rounds:
20 alt curtsy lunges
10 hyper extensions
