1) DU Practice:

Every :90 for 7.5 min (5 rounds):
Scaled: 10-12 DU or DU attempts/6-8 pike push ups
Intermediate: 25 DU's/6-8 HSPUs
Advanced: 50 DU's/8 HSPUs

2) Snatch Complex - 6 Sets

Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch + OHS

3) 4 Rounds
1 min per station:

Goblet Squats
Push ups
Russian KB swings
Pull ups
