CFCH crawls

Bootcamp – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 AM and 5:30 PM!. But be sure to check our Facebook weekly in case things shift due to holidays or other extenuating circumstances.

Our boot camps run every 4 weeks. You will get the most bang for your buck by starting on one of the designated start days and attending consistently during the entirety of bootcamp (3x/week). We do not recommend 1 or 2x/week attendance. Here are our bootcamp start dates:

September 6th (Special start date because of Labor Day)

October 3rd

October 31st

Again, you’re best served starting on one of these dates. But if you missed a start date and are eager to get going, shoot us an email and we’ll do our best to accomodate you! Contact us at info@crossfitchapelhill.com and we’ll get you started.

We move. A lot. The idea is to get you moving in as many ways as your body is capable. Implements you might see in class include kettlebells, dumbbells, wall balls, jump ropes, jump boxes, and all manner of bodyweight exercise. Class will be filled with constantly varied high intensity functional movements designed to challenge your body and make you stronger, faster, and generally in the best shape of your life!

Anyone can participate. A comment we often hear at the gym from new folks is, “I don’t think I’m in good enough shape for CrossFit yet.” That’s the point! That’s why you’re here! There’s no reason to feel intimidated. Bootcamp workouts are designed such that every athlete can work out together and do so within their own personal capabilities. Even though everyone is individually completing the workout, the value provided by doing so alongside a dedicated community cannot be overstated.
