Above knee snatch + below knee snatch

Sets 1-2: Technique Focus
Sets 3-6: Increase weight with good technique

Use heavier weights overall compared to last Monday.
Drop and reset between reps if necessary to maintain form.
Above Knee Snatch should be well below hip.

At home scale:

Min 0-1: :40 KB Swings
Min 1-2: :40 Goblet squats
Min 2-3: :40 Burpees
Min 3-4: :40 Reverse Burpees
Min 4-5: max hold Right arm up, left leg up in plank*
Min 5-6: max hold Left arm up, right leg up in plank*

*Can scale to birddog position on hands and knees
